Hello!
This site is intended to host several dashboards I created in Power Bi, that uses publically-available data to, hopefully, assist in the law school application process. Above are the links to various versions of this dashboard, each serving a different purpose. SRB Version: Data repository of what appears to be the most commonly-relevant data regarding law school admissions and outcomes, of the last 10 years. Years, schools, and data points can be sorted and filtered to, hopefully, give you more accessible insights into the information contained in the ABA disclosures.
Dynamic Ranking: This version allows for the dynamic ranking of schools. What this means is that several data sets, including employment outcomes, average COA, USWNR rank, etc, have been set to interact with sliding values that you assign. By assigning more, or less, "weight" to each metric, you can, essentially, create a customized (and extremely "lite", to be clear) version of the USWNR/ATL/etc., rankings list. This list, however, will be generated based on the importance of various values to you, specifically. In the near future, this will be applicable to either the current year only, or the average of these values for the current year, and preceeding two years.
Mobile Version: A lighter version of the SRB dashboard, that will give basic functionality on mobile devices. Dynamic ranking on mobile is not currently supporting, but will be coming in the near future.
These tools are, to be clear, nothing groundbreaking, but hopefully additional tools that will be helpful.
The various versions can be accessed either through the page navigation bar at the top of this page, or the links provided above.
Usage instructions are provided on each page.
So that's it; thanks for taking a look, hopefully you find it helpful, and feel free to contact me with suggestions or feedback!
